How does it all work?
Choose your package and date, and we ship your kit to arrive about 3 days before your event. Capture everything over your rental window, then send it back in the same box with the prepaid label. We take it from there.
Do I need any experience to use the camera?
Not at all. The camera is pro-quality but completely point-and-shoot, with simple guide stickers right on it. If you can take a photo on your phone, you're ready.
When will I get my video?
After your kit comes back, our team carefully edits your footage into a finished film and delivers it digitally to download and keep forever. Most films are ready within a few weeks of your event.
What's included in a package?
Every package includes the camera, accessories, memory and batteries, prepaid US shipping, and your edited film. The exact gear depends on the package you choose — see our Packages page for details.
Is shipping really free?
Shipping is free both ways within the US — we send the kit to you and include a prepaid return label. For Canada, a flat $60 shipping fee applies (added at checkout), which also covers your prepaid return. Just drop the kit at any UPS location using the label we provide.
How early should I reserve?
The sooner the better, since popular dates book up quickly. A few weeks ahead is usually plenty, but reach out anytime — we'll always do our best to make it work.
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
Let us know right away — everyday wear is completely normal and expected. Anything beyond that is covered by our Rental Agreement, and we'll always be fair with you.
Can I rent for events other than weddings?
Absolutely. Our kits are perfect for graduations, showers, birthdays, and any celebration worth remembering. Check out our Celebrations page to book.
