Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is between Ivory Lens Wedding Studio ("we," "us," "Ivory Lens") and the customer named on the order ("you," "Renter"). By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below. This Agreement works together with our Terms & Conditions.
Equipment
We agree to rent you the camera kit and accessories listed in your chosen package ("Equipment"). All Equipment remains the property of Ivory Lens at all times. You are renting it for temporary use only.
Rental Period
Your rental window is 7 days, beginning on the date the Kit is delivered to you. We ship the Kit to arrive approximately 3 days before your event. You must ship the Kit back within 72 hours of your event date using the prepaid return label. Late returns are charged $15 per day. Equipment not returned within 14 days of the due date is considered lost, and you will be charged its full replacement value.
Renter Responsibility
You agree to use the equipment only as intended and follow the included instructions; keep it safe, dry, and secure; not lend, sub-rent, sell, modify, or attempt to repair it; and return all items included in the Kit (camera, batteries, cards, charger, cables, box, and accessories).
Inspection & Testing
We test every Kit before it ships. You agree to test the equipment when it arrives and notify us at info@ivorylensweddingstudio.com within 24 hours of any defect. If you do not report a problem before your event, we consider the equipment to have arrived in good working order.
Damage, Loss & Replacement Costs
You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until it is scanned by the carrier on return. Minor wear: no charge. Repairable damage: you may be charged the actual cost of repair. Lost, stolen, or unrepairable Equipment: you will be charged the full replacement value.
Security Deposit
We do not require a security deposit. By booking, you authorize us to charge the payment card on file for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear, up to the full replacement value of the equipment, as well as any applicable late fees. Charges are made only after the Kit is returned and inspected, or if it is not returned by the agreed date.
Payment Authorization
By agreeing, you authorize Ivory Lens to charge your payment method on file for any late fees, repair costs, or replacement costs described in this Agreement.
Liability
Ivory Lens is not responsible for missed, corrupted, or unrecoverable footage, or for equipment malfunction outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your rental. You agree to use the equipment at your own risk.
Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Agreement
