Intro
Welcome to Ivory Lens Wedding Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your rental of our camera kits and equipment ("Kit"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "Ivory Lens" refer to Ivory Lens Wedding Studio. "You" refers to the customer placing the rental order.
The Rental
We rent camera kits and related equipment for wedding and event use. Your rental includes the items listed in your chosen package, shipped to you for a fixed rental window. Ownership of all equipment remains with Ivory Lens at all times — you are renting, not purchasing, the Kit.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We do not require a security deposit, but by booking you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for any damage, loss, or late fees as described in these Terms and our Rental Agreement.
Rental Period
Each package includes a 7-day rental window. We ship your Kit to arrive approximately 3 days before your event date. You must return the Kit within 72 hours of your event date using the prepaid return label provided. Late returns may incur a fee of $15 per day past the due date.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping is included free both ways for US orders. For Canadian orders, a flat $60 shipping fee applies (added at checkout) and covers delivery and your prepaid return. Return the Kit in its original box using the prepaid label, dropped at any UPS location. You are responsible for the Kit from the moment it is delivered until it is scanned by the carrier on its return trip. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt.
Use of Equipment
The Kit is for personal event use only and may not be sub-rented, resold, or used for unlawful purposes. Please follow the included instructions. Do not attempt to repair, modify, or open the equipment.
Damage, Loss & Theft
Normal wear is expected and fine. However, you are responsible for the Kit while it is in your possession. If equipment is damaged beyond normal use, lost, or stolen, you agree to notify us immediately and may be charged for repair or replacement up to the full replacement value of the item, listed in our Rental Agreement. Specific replacement costs and damage terms are outlined in our Rental Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
Footage & Your Content
All footage you capture is yours. We claim no ownership of your personal memories. After your Kit is returned, we organize your raw footage and deliver it via a secure download link, typically within 7 business days. Your professionally edited highlight film follows within a few weeks. We will never share your footage publicly without your written consent.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event date receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future rental. If we are ever unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to deliver quality equipment, but we cannot guarantee against equipment malfunction, user error, or lost footage. Test your Kit upon arrival. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivory Lens's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed or unrecoverable footage.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies to your rental.
